Welcome to our company blog
Our analysis queue is filling up! We are at capacity until the end of January. For example, one of these studies will be looking at the before-and-after effects of a clinical intervention.
Our multi-omic sample preparation is now completely handled by a liquid handling robot outside of moving the 96-well plate from machine to machine.
We’ve identified 700+ proteins in human plasma in our unfractionated 1-hour analysis (>2 peptide spectrum matches per protein). A good start—its only up from here!
We’ve de-risked our ability to provide absolute measurements by confirming that our method is compatible with the gold standard in LC-MS quantification (stable isotope labeled internal standardization).
Killer of the week!

Dalton Bioanalytics awarded the title!
Seungjun & Austin were the IndieBio’s Killer of the Week 10/25/2019.
Unique value proposition
After talking with potential customers, we’ve found out that we can empower researchers to find unique multi-omic blood biomarker combinations by simultaneously measuring proteins, lipids, electrolytes, and small molecules. Our technology generates data can serve as a cornerstone of the future healthcare system.

In our proof-of-concept at UCLA, we developed an all-in-one multiomic method using high-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-MS). The method is generally applicable but here show an analysis of human plasma, capturing thousands of molecular features spanning nearly all biochemical classes.
